Shipping & Delivery Policy — Halo Football
At Halo Football, we prioritize getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are sent to production promptly so preparation can begin without unnecessary delay.
Order Processing
Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 calendar days after purchase. Tracking information is updated after the carrier receives and scans the package.
If you would like to request a photo of your order before shipment, contact us at support@halofootball.com. We will be happy to help when this option is available.
Shipping Options
Delivery estimates are counted from the order date and include preparation and transit.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier disruptions or public holidays may affect the final arrival date.

Halo Football currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Availability is determined by the active delivery options shown at checkout.
Undelivered Order Protection
If an order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from the purchase date, you may request a full refund or reshipment when the most recent official tracking number shows no recent movement or clear delivery progress.
This protection applies to undelivered orders with missing, inactive, or clearly stalled tracking. Orders that show recent movement, customs processing, arrival in the destination country, transfer to a local carrier, out-for-delivery status, or a delivery attempt are not eligible until the carrier confirms that the shipment is inactive or has a delivery problem.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible under this undelivered-order protection. If a replacement tracking number is issued, the most recent official tracking number will be used to evaluate the order.
Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking information will be sent as soon as it becomes available and may take 2–6 business days to show its first carrier update. Always use the most recent official tracking number provided for your order.
Multiple Parcel Deliveries
Large orders or orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different dates. This does not change the total shipping charge or the protection that applies to your order.
How to Place an Order
- Select the product, size, personalization, and patches you want, then add the item to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details carefully.
- Review your order and complete payment using one of the secure methods displayed at checkout.
